SMS program terms

Program name: Discount Septic Service customer care texts. When you provide your mobile number while booking service, you agree to receive text messages about your service, such as a thank-you and a feedback request after your appointment is completed.

Message frequency varies, typically one message per completed service. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To get help, reply HELP or call (989) 205-6017.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This is a callback request, not a booked appointment. We plan routes to keep our trucks efficient and will call you during office hours (Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm) to set a day. Same-day service is available when we’re already working in your area.
